Free shipping

Every order ships free, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders that come in over a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, followed by a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

Once processing is complete, estimated delivery is 8–15 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, peak-season volume, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You can check the status of your parcel at any time on our Track Order page. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you supplied, the order is treated as fulfilled.

Shipping address

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before you complete checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong place because the address given was incorrect or incomplete. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@craknbam.com as soon as possible — we can only change an address before the order leaves us.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipping outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. These charges are set by the authorities in your country and are outside our control.

Lost, delayed, or missing parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long stretch, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at support@craknbam.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and follow it through with you. We want every order to arrive safely, and we will always work with you to sort out a genuine delivery problem.
